Salary: 15-25k/month
I. Job Responsibilities
• Assist in managing the full lifecycle of standards development, including project initiation, drafting, review and publication. Track project progress, organize standard meetings, document meeting minutes and ensure the closure of action items.
• Manage the filing and version control of standardized documents. Track domestic and international WLAN industry standard dynamics and member requirements, compile informational briefings, and maintain the document management systems.
• Liaise with alliance members, industry experts and standardization organizations (e.g., SAC, IEEE) to assist in preparing materials related to standardization work.
• Handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking and expense reimbursement for standard projects, and perform other standardization-related support duties assigned by the supervisor.
II. Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Communication Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields. Familiarity with basic WLAN principles (Wi-Fi 6/7, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Relevant work experience with an understanding of standardization workflows is preferred.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite with solid document drafting skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities; detail-oriented, rigorous, and highly responsible. Good command of English reading and writing; ability to read English technical documents is a plus.
• Strong interest in the WLAN industry and standardization work. A team player who can multitask effectively and work well under pressure.
