The working group will systematically research application scenarios, technical/performance requirements, and test specifications for educational WLAN. The core objective is to establish a standard system covering the dimensions of "Scenario Adaptation, User Assurance, O&M Support, and Continuous Evolution," promoting the transformation towards "intelligent adaptation, superior experience, and efficient operations." Key areas include: 1) Scenario Adaptation: Defining differentiated KPIs for typical scenarios like teaching and training labs ; 2) User Assurance: Developing standards to ensure smooth teaching processes, balanced user experience, and enhanced network security; 3) O&M Optimization: Standardizing AP deployment and establishing efficient O&M mechanisms; 4) Continuous Evolution: Establishing a dynamic standard update mechanism to track IEEE 802.11 generational evolution (e.g., Wi-Fi 8) and emerging service demands, ensuring the standards' advancement and long-term relevance.
