Senior engineer. Deputy Director of the IoT Research Center at the China Electronics Standardization Institute. She serves as the secretary-general of the IoT Sub-Technical Committee under the National Technical Committee for Information Technology Standardization (SAC/TC28/SC41), Director of the Key Laboratory for IoT Standards and Applications at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and a member of the National Technical Committee for Digital Standardization in Smart Buildings and Residential Areas (SAC/TC462) and the National Transportation Standardization Committee (SAC/TC571). She is mainly responsible for standardization, testing, and consulting in areas such as IoT, intelligent manufacturing, short-range wireless communication, sensor networks, and home networking. She has led the formulation of over 20 national standards in fields such as IoT, sensor networks, and short-range wireless communication, and has participated in the development of more than 40 national and industry standards. She has overseen and contributed to over 30 projects, including major initiatives by the National Development and Reform Commission, new generation broadband wireless mobile communication technology projects, intelligent manufacturing projects by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and key R&D programs by the Ministry of Science and Technology. She holds more than 10 invention patents and has received multiple national standard innovation contribution awards.
