本次活动由世界无线局域网应用发展联盟（WAA）（以下简称“我们”）主办。您理解并同意，我们将按照本《隐私政策》（以下简称“本政策”）收集您报名时提交的报名个人信息。

您理解并同意，为了接受您的报名申请，并向您提供参加本次活动的服务，我们和经我们授权的技术合作伙伴会收集您的姓名、手机号码、验证码、就职单位名称、职务，以确认您的身份并决定是否接受您的报名，以及和您取得联系。

特别的，应特定的活动场馆运营者的强制要求、有管辖权的国家安全机关、公安机关的指令或者为了实施公共安全、卫生防疫等法律法规和政策的要求下，我们可能在您报名时或在会议、展览入场对您的报名信息进行核查。

二、我们如何使用信息 

我们使用收集的信息是为了向您提供本活动（包括但不限于）的服务及提升服务质量，为了实现这一目的，我们会把您的信息用于下列用途：

1. 为您提供服务与个性化体验

我们使用您的报名信息向您提供本活动服务，包括识别您的身份、核实您的信息，并根据您的选择向您提供个性化的附加服务.

2. 和您进行沟通交流

我们将使用您的联系信息，通过手机短信、电话通话等方式和您沟通，包括确认您的报名、回应您的意见问题与需求、提供技术支持以及向您发送更新、通知与警告等信息。

This event is organized by the World WLAN Application Alliance (WAA) (hereinafter referred to as "we"). By registering, you agree that we will collect the personal information you submit in accordance with this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy").

We use your registration information to provide event services, including verifying your identity, validating your information, and offering personalized additional services based on your choices.

b) To invite you to participate in WAA (World WLAN Application Alliance) online or offline events, including but not limited to competitions, summits, standards development, and talent development.

d) To conduct internal audits, data analysis, and research to improve our products and services.

e) To comply with and enforce applicable laws, relevant industry standards, or our policies.

5. During the event, we may take photographs, make audio recordings, and/or record video footage of the venue. As such, some of your personal data, such as your facial features and voice, may be captured. These recordings may be shared on various platforms of the association and its affiliates/authorized parties (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Users"). Additionally, we may digitally store these recordings for future use in promotional materials for the ' WAA 2024 General Assembly'. These materials may be distributed through online and offline channels operated by the Users (such as official websites, official media accounts, etc.), electronic/print promotional materials compiled by the Users (such as white papers, research reports, subscription emails, etc.), and third-party online/offline channels in collaboration with the Users (such as media, websites, journals, magazines, etc.). If you do not wish your personal data to be used as described above, please contact us promptly.
