Organizational Structure

The General Assembly is the highest authority of WAA.

The Supervisory Board supervises the implementation of the resolutions of the General Assembly by the organizations of WAA and the compliance and legality of their operations.

Board of Council is the executive body of the General Assembly.

The Secretariat is the day-to-day management agency.

The Committee of Expertsprovides expert opinions and suggestions for business direction decisions.

The Advisory Committee is composed of industry authorities to give guidance on the alliance's macro strategy formulation and technology development direction.

Industrial Demand Department: Gaining insights into application scenarios, industry directions, and technological evolution, and forming recommendations on "standards, certification, and industry development".

Standard Department: Formulating WAA testing and certification standards, application layer standards, and standard PoC verification.

Testing and Certification Department: management of testing and certification methods, certification laboratories and certified products.

Marketing Department: Carrying out marketing and marketing activities, expanding the influence of the WAA, and promoting industrial development.

Industry Development Department: Responsible for membership development and collaboration with other standard industry organizations.
